Fleet & corporate

Fleet maintenance you can control.

For organisations that run passenger cars: planned maintenance, authorised spending, consolidated invoicing and transparent cost per vehicle. Every account starts with a small paid pilot.

Built for

Organisations running passenger cars.

Corporate & SME fleets

Scheduled maintenance, repairs, budget control and consolidated records.

NGO, school & institutional car pools

Documented vendor compliance, approvals and reporting.

Car rental & leasing

Planned service windows and frequent condition checks.

Used-car dealers

Independent inspection, rectification and condition reports.

Passenger cars only — we do not service motorcycle, van, truck, bus or microbus fleets. Fleet options also include 3D wheel alignment, accident repaint and paint protection for new fleet cars, priced on your rate card.

Plans

Four ways to work with us.

Prices are starting points for a quotation, not market rates. Preventive contracts are priced only after we inspect your fleet.

Fleet Essential

Approved work at agreed rates; optional account minimum

  • Vehicle register
  • Service reminders
  • Consolidated invoicing

Not included: No unlimited labour, free recovery or automatic credit.

Fleet Managed

Indicative BDT 1,000–2,000 per eligible car / month, plus repairs and parts

  • Maintenance planning
  • Scheduled slots
  • Approval workflow
  • Monthly dashboard and review

Not included: Routine servicing labour, parts, fluids and recovery are billed unless explicitly priced in.

Fleet Preventive AMC

Priced per vehicle, model and mileage — after a fleet inspection

  • Listed scheduled services
  • Listed labour
  • Specified consumables, with annual limits

Not included: Breakdowns, accident damage, misuse, excess mileage and unlisted items.

Fleet Priority

Retainer plus work charges and a priced capacity reservation

  • Defined response windows
  • Reserved appointments
  • A named escalation owner

Not included: No unconditional repair-time or fleet-uptime guarantee.

Proposed pilot standards

What we aim to commit to.

  • Acknowledge enquiries within two operating hours.
  • Offer routine service appointments within two working days, subject to booked capacity.
  • Issue an initial assessment within one working day for ordinary jobs; complex faults get an agreed diagnostic plan.
  • Update delayed jobs daily on operating days.
  • Record warranty complaints within one working day and agree inspection timing.

Proposed, not guaranteed. Final standards, operating hours and any capped service credits are set in your contract. Time waiting for your approval, parts or external specialists is measured separately.

Every contract defines

No surprises in the small print.

  • Eligible vehicles — model, age, mileage and opening condition
  • Authorised contacts, spending limits and repair approvals
  • Rate card, parts policy and warranty
  • Invoicing, tax deductions, credit limit and dispute process
  • Outsourced operations and custody responsibilities

New accounts prepay or settle on delivery during the pilot. Credit follows a signed agreement and a credit assessment.

Getting started

Pilot first, then terms.

  1. 1

    Discovery call

Your cars, how they are maintained today, and what you need to control.

  2. 2

    Paid pilot

A small diagnostic or maintenance pilot — prepaid or settled on delivery.

  3. 3

    Review

Approvals, turnaround, repair quality and reporting, measured together.

  4. 4

    Plan & terms

The right plan, a signed agreement — and credit only after collection history.
